To ensure that we provide products to customer requirements, stringent Quality Assurance checks are imposed for all parts. Complete traceability is maintained throughout the procurement and manufacturing processes

Materials sourced for use in the Power generation section of Solutions Engineering are supplied with full chemical and mechanical certificates.

All records of these certificates are supplied with the parts manufactured, and copies maintained at our facility for future reference.

The quality of materials is then backed up by full quality control through the manufacturing and testing processes.

All parts can then be supplied with a complete Certificate of Conformity showing:

1. Part Description
2. Drawing reference that the part has been manufactured to.
3. Quantity of Parts
4. Order number details
5. Declaration of Conformity to specified standards
