	POWER GENERATION - ROTOR PARTS



	Parts for refurbishment or repair of Power Generation Rotors can be supplied by Solutions Engineering. Parts will be manufactured to the required tolerances either through our detailed knowledge of Power Generator requirements, through Technical drawings supplied by the customer or re manufacture from samples taken from the equipment being worked on. Solutions Engineering can also provide Research and Development for specific problems.

		Pole to Pole Ring Connectors Joint / Winding Copper Connection blocks Field Lead / Flexible Copper Connection Blocks Insulation Blocks Stalk Manufacture including Lock plates and Insulation ( Silver Lined) Slot / Field Lead Wedges (Aluminium) Top Hat Insulators (Epoxy Glass) Glass Packings Slip ring Connections ............to name a few.


	These can all be manufactured as Sub assemblies or fully assembled. All materials come with full chemical and mechanical certification and testing of components including pressure testing, dye penetration and NDT to customer quality standards.
